The AURORA® FILTERS filters can be quickly and efficiently cleaned and prepared for different batches of product. Sizing of the filter should take into consideration the adaptability and flexibility of the product lines.

The Filters can be supplied in three types of material, 316L Stainless Steel, 316L Stainless Steel with all internal wetted surfaces covered in HALAR® lining, or Hastelloy C22. Further information regarding HALAR® Lining, click here to download.
- The external non-wetted surfaces are fabricated in 304 or 316 Stainless Steel.
- Some components for CIP Spray balls are of Teflon material.
- All product side gasket materials are Teflon Encapsulated Silicon, Teflon, or Gylon materials.
Surface finishes are 0.5 um RA internally and 0.8um RA externally. The filters are electropolished inside and out for the 316L Stainless Steel and Hastelloy C22 selections and externally only for the HALAR lined filters.
A complete Quality Assurance History Docket is supplied with the vessel containing all Material Test Reports of all wetted or pressure retaining materials used in the filter. Also included in the QA History Docket are copies of pressure test reports and certificates of compliances.

Each filter is built specifically to customer requirements. Each filter is built from scratch to meet customer approved General Arrangement drawings.
Our proven standard designs can be supplied with process nozzles in the following formats: ANSI Flanges, 3-A Sanitary Ferrule Fittings, or DIN Flanges.
The Dry-Box Glove Ports and the Product Chute are supplied with 3-A Sanitary Ferrules with stainless steel clamps to attach the gloves and product receiver bag.
All process nozzles supplied with 3-A Sanitary Ferrules are supplied with caps, gaskets and clamps for sealing purposes. Filters supplied with ANSI or DIN flanges are not supplied with sealing flanges or hardware.
A variety of Filter Options are listed on a different page within the website.
